We had a wonderful evening at La Chaumière!
The food and wine were delicious. The staff was very attentive and genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere without ever feeling overbearing. We never had to make an effort to order anything—just a glance was enough for them to respond immediately. Communication was smooth not only in French but also in English, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
At a nearby table, there was a family with a child, and the staff took great care of the little one as well.
If we’re ever in Strasbourg again, we’ll definitely come back. Be sure to make a reservation in advance!
Agréablement surpris par ce petit restaurant sur lequel je lorgnais depuis un moment. Les plats sortent de l'ordinaire et l'accueil est véritablement chaleureux. J'y retournerai.
